Ebooks and audiobooks are digital downloads and therefore no refunds are given.

Be especially careful when choosing print books to make sure you are ordering the correct version, be it Paperback, Hardcover or Large Print Paperback.

It is easy to sample the writing style and content. Some of the first in series books are free, and the audiobooks, when published, will have sound samples.
