How will my Ebooks or Audiobooks be delivered?

- Your Ebooks are delivered by an email from BookFunnel automatically and immediately after purchase. If the email hasn’t arrived within 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder -- or, if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

- Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

How do I find my BookFunnel Library?

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com. 

Your library will contain all the Ebooks you have purchased thorugh BookFunnel from our authors and any other authors.

How will I read my Ebook?

1. Ebooks can be read on most modern Ereaders, phones and tablets. If you are in doubt, please ask the good people at Bookfunnel whether your device is compatible.

2. If not, you can always read your Ebook or listen to your Audiobook by streaming it to your computer using your browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

How do I listen to my Audiobook?

You can listen to your audiobook

1. In the BookFunnel app, or by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads!

The BookFunnel App is built specifically for audiobooks.

The BookFunnel App is supported on devices running at least Android 5.1, iOS 11, and Amazon Fire Tablet 5th Generation.

2. Via the MP3 files on your computer or on any MP3 playing device.

3. By simply streaming to your browser.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Shopify’s own ShopPay, credit cards, and Apple Pay. We are unable to accept crypto or Google Pay at the moment, but we are working on it.

What happens with preorders?

When you buy, you are charged at once by the payment method you select. The book is automatically delivered on the release date by an email from BookFunnel. 

If the email hasn’t arrived on that date, look for it in your Spam folder -- or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

Finally check all your email addresses if you have more than one email address. The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout. 

What are Direct Sales?

When you purchase an item from our Site, you are buying from the author's publishing company directly. This gives the author almost 100% of the sales price (after deduction of expenses and sales tax). When you purchase from a retailer such as Amazon, Kobo, Barnes and Noble, Google Play and/or Apple, the maximim an author receives is 70% and sometimes it can be as low as 30% on low price items.

However, we understand you may prefer to purchase from retailers. Most of our books are available on the major retailer sites.
